Announcement of Competitor List of International Competition for the Urban Design of Shantou Station Passenger Terminal and Surrounding Area

2019年9月5日，汕頭市自然資源局委托招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)在中國(guó)采購(gòu)招標(biāo)網(wǎng)、汕頭政府網(wǎng)、大華網(wǎng)等公眾網(wǎng)站發(fā)布公告，公開(kāi)接受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際頂級(jí)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)參與汕頭站客運(yùn)樞紐及周邊地區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽。

Commissioned by Shantou Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, the organizing agent released the Announcement on the Registration for International Competition for the Urban Design of Shantou Station Passenger Terminal and Surrounding Area on public websites including http://www.chinabidding.cc, http://www.shantou.gov.cn and http://www.dawanews.com, on Sept. 5, 2019, calling for registration documents from top-notch local and international design teams.

9月25日，根據(jù)市政府批準(zhǔn)同意的競(jìng)賽工作方案，市自然資源局邀請(qǐng)了廣州、深圳、汕頭等地7名專(zhuān)家，組成參賽單位遴選會(huì)評(píng)審專(zhuān)家組。評(píng)審專(zhuān)家組在對(duì)所有報(bào)名單位遞交的報(bào)名文件基礎(chǔ)信息真實(shí)性和有效性進(jìn)行初步審查確認(rèn)的基礎(chǔ)上，按照《參賽單位遴選規(guī)則》，以設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)、技術(shù)力量、業(yè)務(wù)水平、專(zhuān)業(yè)配備、業(yè)績(jī)成果、項(xiàng)目組組成、經(jīng)驗(yàn)及信譽(yù)等綜合實(shí)力為主要依據(jù)，采取多輪投票的形式，逐輪票決擇優(yōu)推薦候選設(shè)計(jì)單位進(jìn)入下一輪決，直至確定入選的參賽設(shè)計(jì)單位。經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)審專(zhuān)家的認(rèn)真討論審議和五輪票決，最終確定6家設(shè)計(jì)單位入選作為本次汕頭站客運(yùn)樞紐及周邊地區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽的參賽單位（具體名單見(jiàn)附件）。

In accordance with the competition organization plan approved by the municipal government, a prequalification committee was set up on Sept. 25, comprising seven experts invited by Shantou Municipal Natural Resources Bureau from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shantou. The experts, based on the preliminary examination and verification on the authenticity and effectiveness of the registration documents submitted by the design teams, conducted voting in accordance with the Prequalification Rules to select recommended candidates for the next round of voting, until the competitors list was finalized. The criteria of voting included the design qualification, staffing, expertise, disciplines, portfolio, project team, experience and reputation etc. Following deliberation and five rounds of voting by the experts, six design teams were shortlisted as competitors to the Competition. Official Invitation Letter will be issued to the six competitors soon, while the specific schedule for briefing of the Technical Document is subject to further notice.
